End-to-end Video Production
As a Videographer, my work encompasses a wide range of responsibilities across different stages of production.
In the pre-production phase, I am involved in planning, pricing, location scouting, and booking. This stage is crucial for laying the groundwork for a successful project.
During the production phase, I handle filming, lighting, audio recording, and conducting interviews in both Japanese and English. This ensures that the content is captured effectively and meets the desired quality standards.
In the post-production process, I focus on video editing, sound design, VFX, and transcribing/translating interviews for subtitles. This stage is essential for polishing the content and making it ready for the audience.
Overall, my role as a Content Producer requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and meticulous planning to deliver high-quality content.

As a freelance Japanese to English translator, I have had the privilege of working on a variety of high-profile projects. My work includes:
Translating the opening speech for the G20 summit banquet in 2019, ensuring the message was conveyed accurately and eloquently to an international audience.
Serving as the Japanese to English translation script supervisor for the NHK and Aichi Prefecture series, “Aichi Esprit” in 2020, where I oversaw the translation process to maintain the integrity and cultural nuances of the original content.
Translating the script for the video featured in the Japan pavilion at the Dubai Expo in 2021, contributing to Japan's global representation at this prestigious event.
Transcribing and translating interviews for various media episodes, providing clear and precise translations that capture the essence of the original dialogue.

For 7 years I worked as the main broadcaster for a popular daily live television program covering a wide range of topics across seven prefectures of central Japan. With a focus on audience engagement and retention, I contributed in crafting compelling shows that showcased Japanese culture, SDGs, cuisine, travel and had the opportunity to interview many famous celebrities.
Project Manager/ Associate Producer
As a producer and project manager in a multi-media company, I oversaw the execution of film productions and live performances for renowned clients like Toyota, Brother, and Legoland. My expertise in communication, coordination, and budget management ensured the seamless delivery of projects across American and Japanese productions.
Traditional Japanese Performer
As actor/dancer for a 200 year old classical Japanese theater company I have performed on stage my whole life, appeared on various media platforms. directed talent, and produced content to demonstrate Japanese traditions to a global audience.
